The permit is not final yet, and DPP cannot start the contractor tender until it is. Spokesman Daniel Šabík says that if the station is under construction by the middle of 2028, the first stretch of line D could open as far as Libuš instead of terminating at Nové Dvory.

České dráhy had 24 of the 71 CityElefant units serving Prague and Central Bohemia out of service on 9 September against an operational need of 57. Lines S1, S9 and partly S7 ran single units where they normally run pairs, and Central Bohemia said the operator would be fined. By the next morning the gap was down to three. Fitting ETCS before the 13 December switch to exclusive operation is one of the named causes, and it is not finished.
