Prague Insider is a static website. There is no account system, no comment system, no newsletter database and no advertising network.
What we collect
Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics script, and embeds no third-party trackers, social widgets or fonts. Typefaces are served from this domain.
What our host sees
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub records requests — including your IP address — in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. That processing is GitHub's, under GitHub's Privacy Statement. We have no access to those logs.
The map page
The map loads background tiles from CARTO, which necessarily reveals your IP address to CARTO for the tiles you request. No other page loads anything from another domain. If you would rather not contact CARTO at all, simply do not open the map — every article page works without it.

Every article links to its original sources on other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we neither control nor endorse.
If you write to us, we hold your message for as long as it takes to deal with it. We do not add correspondents to any list.
